IMPROVING SERVICE QUALITY THROUGH EDUCATION

Education and training are key in establishing and maintaining consistent procedures, providing superior performance, and lowering overall risks.

EMPLOYEE TRAINING

All new employees are required to attend a comprehensive safety orientation and training program with classroom and hands-on modules. After training, employees must pass written assessments appropriate to their craft and responsibilities.

CONTINUOUS EDUCATION AND SKILLS ASSESSMENT

All employees participate in ongoing education, training, and skills assessment appropriate for their job duties.  These evaluations ensure that all compulsory skills have been mastered and reinforced, and all processes are consistently followed.
